Annual Retreat 2015 - Date to be announced
Where: The Clement Hotel, 750 Cannery Row, Monterey, California
Time: 8am - 4:30pm
Cost: $35 (includes breakfast & lunch)

Executive Board
Job Descriptions

  1. Chairperson – Presides over all meetings; Calls special meetings of the Board members when necessary; Alerts secretary to notify members of meetings; Casts the deciding vote in the case of a tie. Click here for job description.
  2. Co-chairperson – Same as chairperson when chair is unable to attend. Click here for job description.
  3. Secretary – Records the minutes at all meetings; Sends minutes, announcements, and meeting notices out via email; may perform other duties as requested by chairperson. Click here for job description.
  4. Treasurer – Responsible for financial records and financial report for presentation of the annual meeting of the Board of Directors; serve as Chair of the Finance Committee. Click here for job description.
  5. Community members – One to three. A community member represents the community that the Coalition partners with and serves e.g. Le Leche League, WIC participants, phsyician offices, business community, etc.
  6. Member at large – Zero to two. Click here for job description.

Monthly membership meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month with the exception of December.  Executive board meetings are usually held prior to the membership meeting or as needed.  Please call for dates: 831-625-4515 ext. 1702
